If it has been more than 10 days since you placed your order and you have not yet received your tracking number, follow these steps:
1) Check your SPAM and/or junk folders in your email. Nobody knows why but sometimes legitimate email ends up in there. If you do find your tracking number email in there...please add our address to your white list, preferred senders list or contacts so future email from us lands in your inbox as it should.
2) If it isn't there, please click this link - Tracking Information Requestt - and we will investigate and reply with your tracking number.
